To use, start from the inner corner of your upper eyelid as close to the lash line as you can!
Draw a thin line outwards until you are two thirds towards the outer corner, then lift & extend the line outwards & upwards for the illusion of an almond-shaped eye.

top tier waterline pencil
ive gone through 3 of these now and i love them! the packaging is cute, the product doesn't bleed, and its super creamy making it perfect for use on the waterline and a smokey lid look i recommend this to all of my clients and they love it!
Best color ever
I don't put on makeup all too much but this color is amazing. Pairs well with my brown eyes! Gives me that extra pop. So easy to apply very soft formula.

I didn't care for the "clumpy" line this Rock n' Kohl drew when applying. I have always used eyeliner and thought I would try this particular brand Charlotte Tilbury this time. I was very disappointed. I think I will go back to my old brand.
