Here's another product from Wishtrend & I'm From. The Rice Toner has a cult following- people love this milky, super hydrating toner! Notables: 77.78% rice extract from Yeoju, Niacinimide, Japanese elm bark extract, Adenosine, exfoliates,hydrates, fragrance free This is a dual layer toner, so you have to shake well before you apply. I found this very moisturizing but it didn't feel like it completely absorbed into my skin but I think that's the toner creating a moisture barrier on your skin.
