- Q
Is this product noncomedogenic?
- Asked by Hannah
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! There is actually no FDA regulation for the term “comedogenic." In fact, there are no standardized tests that can accurately determine if an ingredient will or will not clog your pores or cause breakouts, so we stay away from that term generally. Skin health is completely individual and dependent on genetics and lifestyle choices, including skincare! However, for those who are breakout-prone, we would recommend trying this as your nighttime cream because it has a rich texture and feel! We also always recommend patch testing our products on a small area of skin to see if our ingredients work for you!Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Is this safe enough to apply on milia prone eyelid / bottom eye area skin?
- Asked by neligranja
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! Our resurrection polypeptide cream was carefully formulated to be gentle and was dermatologist tested to ensure it’s non-irritating, but has not been specifically tested for milia. For the under-eye and eyelid area specifically, we recommend the revitalizing eye cream. It deeply hydrates and refreshes eye area, locks in hydration around the eyes, soothes and depuffs skin with a hygienic metal applicator tip.Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
Is this product good for oily skin?
- Asked by shaf
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! The resurrection polypeptide cream is a rich, restorative cream that works for a wide variety of skin types. Those with normal to dry skin types especially appreciate its deep moisturizing abilities. Those with oily and breakout-prone skin typically prefer a lighter weight moisturizer, like our texture smoothing cream or electrolyte water cream, but our resurrection polypeptide cream may be a great fit as a night moisturizer for oily/breakout-prone skin experiencing dryness. We still always recommend a patch test to confirm compatibility because everyone has unique skin and concerns. Was this answer helpful to you

- Q
Hi, what's the expiration date of lot #E735423? Thank you
- Asked by Kim
- Official Answer By cocokind - Brand EngageHi! The resurrection polypeptide cream with Lot Code E735423 has a manufacturing date of 12/20/2023. In general, our products have shelf lives of about 12 months after opening and 2 years unopened. On the bottom of every product box, we list a PAO (period after opening) symbol. It should look like a little open jar with a number and the letter M (months). This will help you determine how long each product is good for after opening. Storing them in a cool, dry place, tightly closing the lid, and using clean hands to obtain the product, always helps maintain the integrity of the shelf life. Was this answer helpful to you

Okay WOW
I did not purchase this product, nor did I really seek something like this out, I got it as a free gift for buying smoother products from this brand. Now I'm seeing some arguments about the texture, mine was left outside in freezing weather for a few when delivered, so I don't know if that affected ...

Surprising but Good
I thought this was going to be similar to Belif's Moisturizing Bomb (a favorite of mjne but I find my makeup does not lay well over the Belif product), but the texture is drastically different. The Cocokind moisturizer has a bouncy texture similar to a jelly. Yet when applied to the skin, it feels l...

Fantastic Cream, Packaging Could Improve.

I really like this cream and love how soft my skin feels in the morning after using it. The texture can get a bit messy, and I wish it came in the same type of packaging as the Water Cream. Overall, Ill keep repurchasing this product.
Possible La Mer Dupe

I first became interested in trying this product when I read a review saying its comparable to La Mer, which Ive always been curious to try but couldnt bring myself to shell out over $100 for moisturizer. This cream is lightweight but definitely helps moisturize your skin. I use it nightly in the summer and both morning and night all other months.

Comparing 3 Cocokind creams

I have 3 of Cocokinds moisturizers: polypeptide cream, texture smoothing cream, electrolyte water cream. This is by far the richest feeling cream Ive tried. The texture smoothing cream and electrolyte water cream feel thinner and slick, whereas the polypeptide cream is thicker and really sticks to your skin. I cant pick a favorite bc they all have different star ingredients and therefore different purposes in my routine: water cream for lightweight moisture on acne prone areas on my face, texture smoothing cream for more hydration and smoothing effects on my back acne, and the resurrection polypeptide cream for parts of my face I need to nourish and revive. For example, areas where I put retinol, and areas where Im trying to heal damage from products that were too strong for my skin (I experimented with high percentage actives from Cerave and the Ordinary, and my skin did not like it!)
