Cleanse and dry skin. Connect the controller and mask, press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to turn on the Brightening Mode, press the power button to switch modes and select the desired mode for care. Each mode lasts for 10 minutes or less. It is recommended to use no more than 40 minutes a day and no more than 6 days a week.

It's amazing. I love it. I bought it to address hyperpigmentation, prevent breakouts and increase collagen. I hope they sell those face masks too becase those are also bomb. So hydrating and it provides great face coverage. I have full lips and the mouth hole is big enough. For the past 3 days, I've used both products as my self care treat after work. The only thing I dislike is that the light mask can be uncomfortable on the bridge of my nose. My husband experienced the same thing. So far I found that if I push on the chin of the mask, that relieved some of the pressure. It's not awful by any means it's just that annoying pain.
