Always shake before use, as natural products can settle. Use 1-3 pumps, emulsify in hands, then massage into wet hair and rinse. Don't forget to double cleanse for a deeper wash to nourish the scalp and strands. We recommend 1 pump for fine and short hair, and up to 3 pumps for long and thick hair. Use as often as needed. What To Wash With Next? For low damage caused by environmental stressors, like sun and surf, follow with the Bond Builder+ Conditioner and use the Bond Builder+ Hair Mask as a weekly treatment. For moderate damage caused by excessive heat styling, follow with the Bond Builder+ Hair Mask and use the Bond Builder+ Leave-In Mask as a weekly leave-in conditioning treatment. For high damage caused by chemical and bleaching, follow with the Bond Builder+ Leave-In Hair Mask. As your hair becomes healthier, use the Bond Builder+ Leave-In Mask weekly to maintain elasticity and shine, and use either the Bond Builder+ Hair Mask or Conditioner for every wash. You may go through a short period where your hair feels oilier than usual -- this is totally normal. It's part of the detoxification process as you move from chemical formulations to natural, silicone and sulfate-free ones. Avoid eyes and discontinue use if you notice any irritation.
