Terrible. Cheap and doesn't work well.
This device is worth about 2 dollars, max. The gems are heavy and awkward in the hair. They flip sideways and make the hair look knotted and messy. They fall out easily while pulling out clumps of hair. Bought this for my 7 year old and she's so disappointed. Absolutely awful.

I really enjoyed testing this hair product! It was no much fun to put gems in my hair for concerts and for going out with my friends! I would recommend for people that want a little sparkle in their hair!

So all in all, i like this product, i think for an updo specifically it really adds some glamour to a look. That said, it does take a bit to get used to using and it took me several tries to get right. for wearing your hair down, its best to have the gems higher up so they can lay flat on your head. when the gems are too far down it just looks like theres stuff in your hair. but i do think overall the gem tool can make any look just a little bit prettier, and for that reason its worth it

I received this product for free. It is such a cute tool! I love that this tool allows me to get creative with my kids hair. Bonus is that it works on curly hair. the first few gems I tried to place were very loose but I got the hang of it eventually.

Used this on my hair for a festival I was attending. It was pretty easy to apply as long as there were enough strands to grab onto. Held well in the summer heat!
