Paint chipped
The chrome colored paint chipped off after a few uses. Now the tip is missing a chunk and you can see the metal on the inside.

Broke after using 3 times
One of the sharp metal nipper blades broke off after using 3 times. It shot off and hit the wall really hard and left a dent. So glad it didnt shoot off into my eye or anything else. :(
