Is there an warranty for this product? I've only had this curling rod for a little over a year and it stopped working. I maybe curl my hair twice a month and have had hot tool curling irons for way longer that are still working well. If I knew the life expectancy for this wand would be less than 20 uses I would have bought a cheaper product. I'm very upset I really loved this wand.

Literally lasts over 10 years
I got my first one well over ten years ago and it just started shorting out. I have traveled with this thing everywhere and used with my extentions and natural hair and the curls were always perfect. It was a trooper and I will be ordering another one!
Not real easy to use.
Not easy to use. Same result as curling or flat iron. Very disappointed that I wasted my money on it
Disappointing curls
I bought this to replace a BeLiss pro curling wand, and the curls from this wand don't hold the same. Defiantly look into a different one, I've been stuck with this one for two years now and Im still bitter about it. Trying to go back to the BeLiss wand.
