No difference after 30 days
This balm has a nice feel and absorbs well, but after 30 days of using it twice per day, I haven't noticed any difference at all in the skin on my neck and decollete. I still love my other Elemis products, but this was a disappointment.

Very helpful cream! I have used it before and loved it but didn't replace it. After a few months, I noticed my skin becoming rough and looking terrible. I re-ordered it and within a couple of days saw and felt much improvement. After two weeks, my skin is back to normal.

I am very self-conscious of my neck. While my face looks youthful, my neck has steadily shown early signs of being saggy & crepey. I've tried multiple products, but none worked, until THIS! I literally saw a difference the first day & night of using it. Now I'm several weeks in, & my neck appears lifted, smoothed, the crepiness under my chin has vanished, & attention is not drawn to my neck, at all!
