I received this product gifted by Nutrafol Women's Postpartum I've been taking Nutrafol and honestly, I'm really liking it so far. The capsules are easy to take every day and don't upset my stomach, which is a big deal for me. After using it for a bit, I can already tell my hair feels stronger and I'm not seeing as much shedding as before. I also feel like I have a little more energy, which is definitely helpful during the postpartum stage.I like that the formula is clean and made with ingredients that feel safe for this stage of life. These hair supplements are easy to swallow and take every day. I especially like how these are safe for post partum, breast feeding women. I've taking these consistently daily after my breakfast in the morning, and I am slowly seeing improvement in the health and growth of my hair.
