I was hesitant to try this product due to most of the reviews being promotional. This product works the way they say it does. A person who took four NSAIDs a day to fight cramping I no longer need them. I took Rael three days prior to my menstral and then an additional four days. It was amazing. Slight cramping but nowhere near the pain I would previously go through. I will definitely take this natural product as my monthly savior.

The box says you should use for a few months in order to see a change, so maybe it's just that I was only sent enough for one cycle…
