Prior to use, place the mask in your freezer. Once frozen, it's good to go! Make sure you've cleansed first. Gently bend the sachet back & forth to ready the mask for application. Tear the sachet open and carefully unfold mask to reveal two sections, removing the transparent film from each. Begin by applying the bottom section to the face and smooth into place, then apply the top section. Relax and leave on skin for 10-15 minutes. Then remove mask and discard in trash. Pro tip: Use after a shower for maximum absorption. Use this mask as part of your treatments & serums routine for best results.

Waste of money
I had two of these masks in the freezer for weeks and when I went to use one I could not tear the package open so I had to use scissors. Nice treat
I pick at my face pretty badly at times, leaving it an inflammed mess. I gave this a try and it was lovely for soothing my skin. It has a mild cucumber-melon scent, and when you peel it off, it leaves a kind of goo. I wiped it off with a cotton pad like a cold cream. I think it has to have alcohol to keep it from freezing solid, and I don't mind because I need the disinfectant properties. Giving it 4/5 stars because I'm not sure how the goo (dimethicone, it seems) will affect my pores by tomorrow. In the short term, my skin is calmer and I feel like did something nice for myself.

PERFECTION for redness/heat
I hate the heat and my face is always red. I use this for when I spend the day outside, and feel gross. This thing is amazing. It feels so so so good. Its cold and feels so hydrating. It helps with everything. I imagine this would be great for a sunburn as it has aloe in it. I just cant say enough things about this mask. Only one ive found that cools my face so well. I cant find one that tops it. I'll always have this in my freezer. Its even close to the facial I get at my medical spa. Its like the mini version to hold me over. Its that cooling and nice.
Rosacea Holy Grail
This mask is amazing. Anytime I get a rosacea flare up and my skin is burning I use this. It feels soooo good. Even if you want to just cool off in the summer or a work out. This is it. And its hydrating! It feels good and then moisturizes. I will always have this mask in my home then freezer.
