this review will not make a difference as most other reviews are 5 star. I've been using this product for four weeks. Have seen absolutely 0 improvements. I purchased this product online 4/23/25 as I was close to finishing the bottle of another product. I opened Plantscription this morning to use for the first time, and the pump does not work, and I'm not able to unscrew the bottle to get any product out. I contacted Origins, but because my purchase was more than 30 days ago, they were unwilling to help me. I was passed between to support reps and the 2nd one wanted to pass me to a third. I used to be a huge fan of Origins but will take my money elsewhere from now on - defective bottle and poor customer service. I'm returning to purchasing Sheseido products.
Caused irritation and sensitivity - SO BUMMED

I used this product religiously several years ago. After using a sample for a few weeks at the beginning of the year I purchased a full bottle. I had noticeable results pretty quickly. However, with continued use my skin became more and more sensitive after having been well balanced for years. I couldn't even use SPF on my face or other origins favorites as I was developing a chronic itchy, blotch rash specifically around the T zone. The itchiness and rash has calmed down significantly after not using this product for a week. I didn't have this issue in the past so maybe there has been a change in ingredients? Either way I'm so bummed as I recently replenished and have a brand new bottle I now won't use.

I ordered this product two days ago and got a notice today that it was $10 more and they would be charging my account. I called to find out more about this unethical action, but it is impossible to talk to a live person. You're on hold forever and it is an endless loop. I like the product, but there are plenty of other good serums out there.
