Wow - I used to use the original version of this, then took a hiatus, then decided to go back to Origins, and was handed this as the 'new packaging' of my old one. Uh.... NO. I should have tried it in the store, but I was in a bit of a hurry, and just needed to get it - when I finally got home and opened it I immediately realized this was NOT what I remembered. I came online to read more about it and started scrolling through the reviews - how has Origins not fixed this? 90% of good reviews are incentivized (I so wish companies would stop doing this - it's the single worst thing in online shopping right now), and 90% of the bad reviews are from real users who know what's up. Origins: please fix this, and PLEASE stop paying people for reviews - OBVIOUSLY they're going to say good things, and sure you'll get some purchases, until the truth comes out - and now you've on top of it eroded trust with your actual customers - you know - the ones who keep coming back and actually paying - sigh...

I bought the plantscription cream twice in the past and LOVED it. I was using something else for awhile but actually couldn't wait to buy this again. I bought and used it yesterday and now have a rash on my face. I didn't realize the formula had changed until coming here to read other reviews. Now I have to deal with healing my skin of this rash. I purchased it at Ulta and obviously will be returning. I'm so disappointed and so upset about my facial skin right now.
I miss the old formula :(

I'm so sad I've been using originals since I was 14 I'm now 29 and this was one of my favorite products I've tried throughout the years but this new formula ain't it. My skin is so sensitive that's why I've used origins so religiously but In running out of products. If yall change a perfect world cleanse Im gone.

I just threw out an entire jar of this product. For years I have been a faithful user of the original Plantscription and this one does not compare. I find it more of a lotion in a jar and not the cream. I applied it as I normally do and it irrigated my skin. So disappointed.

I started using Origins many years ago because I have very sensitive skin. I can use a product once and get what looks like a sunburn complete with tiny blisters and pealing. Origins was a skincare line I could use without worry. I used a firming cream as my night cream and loved it. It was replace by this cream. I bought it thinking I can trust all products made by Origins but I was wrong. Hello, painful skin! Don't use if you have sensitive skin.
