Not sure how well they work
I wear these at night with a foot balm. It's hard to tell if they work. I don't like wearing socks to bed, so I usually kick them off half-way through the night

I have sensitive feet. If my feet are hot/cold my whole body is hot/cold. Not only are these socks fabulously soft they warm my feet quickly and help me regulate my temperature. I can pull them on with one hand and, compared to other fleece/fuzzy socks, they wash perfectly, without getting fuzz balls or getting flat and crunchy like other socks. I have actually taken these socks on the plane so I could take my shoes off and easily pull them on.
