Doesn't do much by way of cooling, hence the 1/2 star off. But it DOES smooth out the under eye area nicely. Would definitely repurchase, even though it is a small container. Good thing you don't need a lot of product to do a good job of smoothing eye area.

I thought I would give this a whirl to help with my under eye issues. It just created more issues than I had previously. This says pink but it is a clear light pink with no opacity. It is more oily than anything and there was no cooling effect that I noticed. It caused my under eye concealer to sett...

Not cooling
This balm isn't cooling but it does make my under eyes very soft and hydrated. I recommend it for that. If you want a cooling effect, I haven't felt it once and i've made a dent in the product. There is a good amount of product for having a small package.
