Why I started using it: Somehow, pads have become an essential part of my skincare routine! I think it's because they have various benefits that address skin concerns, like removing impurities, exfoliating dead skin cells, and calming the skin, depending on the product. At first, I thought an exfol...iating toner would be enough, but after trying pads, I realized they have their own unique conveniences! Now, they've become one of my must­haves ­ I feel uneasy if they're not on my vanity. Since I got to try this through The Hwahae Testers, I've been using it consistently for over a week. I'll leave an honest review to help others. Packaging ; Quantity: I was surprised by how much larger the container was compared to my usual product. The pads themselves are also bigger, and with 90 sheets, it's definitely good value for money. The flip­top lid is super convenient. For a product I use daily, these seemingly small details really matter. I might even avoid products with screw­top lids from now on because this style is so handy! Texture ; Feel: The pads have a textured side and a smooth side. The textured side isn't too harsh on the skin. The moisture level is just right ­ not too little, not too much. Everything about it is pleasantly moderate! Convenience: Unlike other round pads, these are square­shaped, allowing for wider coverage. The rounded square shape fits perfectly on four fingers, which is surprisingly comfortable. I realized there's a good reason for this design. Hygiene is a top priority for me when using skincare products, so I appreciate the built­in tweezers. It's thoughtful that they can be attached to the container so you don't lose them. This feature helps protect the pads from dust and bacteria, giving me peace of mind. Skin Improvement: Since Mediheal's exfoliating pads focus on improving skin texture and removing blackheads and whiteheads, I paid close attention to these aspects. The first improvement I noticed was in my skin texture. There was a clear difference between using and not using the pads. When used in the evening, my skin felt smooth until the next evening's cleanse. Whiteheads seemed to decrease, though they didn't completely disappear in a week. However, I believe consistent use for about a month would show even more significant improvements. These pads could be great for sharing with your dad, boyfriend, or husband, as blemishes and dead skin cells are common skin concerns regardless of gender. Ingredients: Medihael is already famous for their sheet masks, which I've used often. I trust their products because of the good ingredients, and I've never had any adverse reactions. The exfoliating pads also have clean, nice ingredients. Repurchase Intention: I learned from the product page that these pads have already won first place in several rankings. After using them, I can see why. I'll likely repurchase when I run out. The price is reasonable, and I especially like the container and pad shape and size. As the weather gets warmer, I think it'll be great to keep them in the fridge for an extra cooling effect. These days, over half of cosmetic companies are using paper for tape and bubble wrap out of environmental concerns. Mediheal doesn't have a particularly eco­friendly image, so they seem to be lacking in this area. It would be nice if they switched to paper packaging materials. The tweezers are a bit inconvenient to use. It would have been better if the gripping part was cut diagonally. As it is, it's too straight, making it difficult to pick up the pads. Use the textured side to gently exfoliate dead skin cells, then use the smooth side to refine your skin texture. Make sure to wipe your neck and behind your ears too ­ this way you can make the most of each pad. Alternatively, after smoothing your skin texture, you can leave the pad on for about 5 minutes as a quick face mask. This is especially good to do before using a hair dryer, as it can help prevent your skin from drying out. The biggest advantage of pads is that you can keep them on your vanity for easy, multi­purpose use.
