For a more streamlined wash routine, you can use the masque on wet hair in the shower right after shampooing. I've used it twice now since its purchase. I have color-treated hair and I feel that the masque offers good protection when blow-drying. I use the masque once a week in place of conditioner. Does not weigh down my hair and does not cause my scalp to itch. Hope to see further improvement with continued use.
