Nice shave, less ingrown hair and SHARP.

Imagine this: You're in the shower; the end of a long day, finally time to yourself for just a few minutes, warm water streaming over your shoulders and hair, relaxing the tension in your shoulders and neck. You breathe deeply into the steam and decide you should probably get out soon before the wa...

I had high hopes

Like others have shared, I really wanted to like this product. I've seen a lot of razors like this out there and I love Kitch so was excited to see they created one. My main complaints have to do with the design of the handle and the challenge of shaving my legs without cutting myself. Is there a tr...

Broke after using for one week

Loved the feel of this razor, the color, the non slip grip, and the silicone cover for the top. However, this razor broke after the first time I unscrewed it to replace the blade. The top would no longer screw into the handle, as if the screw hole had been stripped. It kept turning and turning. I'm familiar with safety razors, as I've been using a different one for the past 5 years or so, so it wasn't a user error. When I contacted Kitsch they never asked me any questions about how it broke or seemed concerned about their faulty product which is worrisome for a company that is making eco-friendly products that are meant to last. They also wanted me to send back my used razor in the mail to get my refund. Then, the hair clip I also purchased from them just broke and I only got to use it once. Seems like this company spends more money on cute marketing and design than on making products that last. Will not be buying from them again.

After using for a month, I have notice that I am getting lrss and less ingrown hair. Also the Razor supports any razor blade that you can buy from drugstores/pharmacies. It seems that it can last for a very long time. Only downside is that it is a bit slippery.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

NOT SAFE, close shave

I have never cut myself this bad with a razor! I've nicked myself here or there but I took a chunk of skin and so did my daughter. !! Before I could tell her not to use it. My house cleaner cut her leg bad(see pic) when it fell off my shelf and hit her leg! I felt terrible! I'm using it bc I paid for it but as soon as I'm done with the blades it's gone! I rather shave more times a week vs going extra slow and having to be super careful I don't cut myself again!! It is a close shave but I don't like it. The only reason I don't give less stars is bc it does shave close! But not safe AT ALL!!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Absolutely horrible

I used this razor for the first time today and it was my first time using one of these single blade razors so i was extremely cautious because it already is quite intimidating with how easily it could cut you, i used no pressure and got one leg shaved and the second leg it gashed my calve horribly left an inch long gash and was absolutely horrid i woukd not recommend on any condition.

I was scared to use this because I thought I'd end up cutting myself. I didn't nick myself once on my first try, and I typically nick myself while shaving with normal multi-blade razors. Just be careful on your first try and put NO pressure, the weight of the razor does it all by itself. This gave me such a smooth shave and my skin feels less irritated.
