Wellness Pack: Saturate cotton or wool flannel with oil and apply to abdomen, joint or other areas. Apply mild heat to support absorption.

Ayurvedic Navel Care: Massage a few drops in and around your navel.

Hair: Apply to roots and work through hair, leave on for 20 minutes or overnight, then shampoo and condition hair as usual.

Lashes & Brows: Brush a small amount onto brows nightly and apply a thin layer along the lash line.

Skin: Apply oil to elbows, heels, knees and other areas prone to dryness.
