I don't get the bad reviews. This is a great brush that smooths my hair and is good for styling. I like it for distributing product through my hair as well when wet or dry. I have slightly wavy, normal to fine hair that is just barely starting to grey (I'm early 40s). I like this for smooth ponytail...

Not for people with lots of hair
If you go in store this brush is labeled as being for medium to thick hair for people looking at the thin hair reviews. That isn't my problem. My problem is that the bristles are too short to reach my scalp. It is possible to return this brush within the return period.

I don't get the bad reviews. This is a great brush that smooths my hair and is good for styling. I like it for distributing product through my hair as well when wet or dry. I have slightly wavy, normal to fine hair that is just barely starting to grey (I'm early 40s). I like this for smooth ponytails and that it doesn't cause a bunch of breakage! It's a quality brush.
More like a toddler brush

I was told this one would work for thin hair which I have but it did not for thin hair. You need the stronger bristle. This one was too soft and did not do the job.
