Has the formula changed on this product? I just received a bottle and it isn't the same as the previous one. This new one makes my hair very tacky and oily. I have had to water it down in order to use it.

I really hated this product! I thought it may be a suitable replacement when the Redken Frizz Dismiss spray was discontinued. Nope! It made my hair so static filled while also making it feel sticky! Completely unusable for my fine hair. Waste of $!!
