For every day use: Apply desired amount to freshly shampooed hair. Leave for 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
For an intense conditioning treatment: Apply desired amount to freshly shampooed hair. Allow masque to remain on hair for 5 to 10 minutes. Comb product through hair with a wide tooth comb. Apply heat. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

I had high hopes for this product since my daughter has dry hair. Hopefully after using it more it will work better. She applied it for 5 minutes as instructed then rinsed.
