Apply 3 - 4 drops of the Normaderm BHA Exfoliating Serum after cleansing and under a moisturizer. Turn product upside down and squeeze the base of the applicator tip to dispense formula. Start by applying once a day and gradually increase to twice daily as tolerated.
Precautions: This product contains an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun. Avoid prolonged sun exposure after use. Always use with a sunscreen with at least SPF 30+ broad spectrum UVA + UVB protection when using this product.

It works, but there are MUCH better options
I had a deluxe sample of this product that lasted me a week. I used it consistently every day until it ran out. It was 5mL or .16 Fl oz. Let me tell you: I am quite familiar with BHAs and Salicylic acid. I am acne prone and have been my whole life. I have found my HGs and I don't stray far from them. This was effective, but it was not as gentle as I would have wanted. Some days, my open wounds (pimples) burned after applying. It was still on the gentler side though as my skin is very sensitive. It works, but there are products that function similarly, without the high price point. Trust me, I don't mind at all paying for an effective product. However, when you can find products that work just as well for 1/3 of the price point, then why bother? The BIGGEST issue with this product was the SMELL. The stench, I should say. It smells odd and I couldn't ignore it. Every single time I put this on my face, I noticed how gross it smelt. I was looking through reviews and was surpised that wasn't a main mention. It smells like spit or something that has been fermenting. No clue what to pinpoint the fragrance, but I would leave it alone, just for that. I finished the product for review sake and because I was traveling. I recommend getting something else. Save your money. Save your nostrils. There are amazing, more effective, more gentle BHA exfoliators out there.

I got a sample of this and I'm so glad because I never would have purchsed it, especially with it saying it has menthol in it. It's honestly fantastic. I've used a lot of exfoliating serums, but have to be careful because I have sensitive combo skin that will redden and peel from basic wind lol. This is a new favorite of mine, right up there with dermalogical and bliss, which ulta stopped selling the bliss one :/ worth a try if you like a quick exfoliating serum, try it over moisturizer after patch testing if youre worried about dry spots. It's been very mild so far, ive been using it for 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks :)

If you have sensitive skin please try a spot treatment or start with applying only to the acne or blackhead prone area or apply it like a mask and wash it off in an hour or 2. It helps with blackheads

I try using it on just some acne spots and it did work very well with drying out my acne spots but I could not use this all over my entire face as instructed on the box. I like that it was fragrance free and I do love other Vichy products but sadly this just did not work for me. I would recommend this product to others who struggle with acne but with the fare warning that it did not work well with my skin type.
