For the perfect manicure, apply one coat of any of the essie base coats on nails. Follow with two coats of essie original nail color. Finish with no chips ahead top coat. Use with essie apricot cuticle oil.

This was by far the worst gift I've ever received. I truly hope the person who gave it to me never sees this review. It's a horrible investment if you are looking for a good top coat. Don't waste your money

Ruined my manicure. Painted it on in the morning and wasted dry by the time I want to bed. Manicure was a mess when I woke up, not to mention that it chipped on day two. Do not waste your money or time.
My Favorite Top Coat!
I love this top coat! Usually my nails chip within the first day of painting them or getting them done but with this I can go 4-5 days without chipping. The only downside, as all the other reviews point out, is that it takes so long to dry. Mine usually dries in about two hours, so I'll use it at work when I know I'll just be on the computer and my nails wont be touching anything. If you're able to find the time to allow them to dry, this is an amazing product!
Does not dry!
Formula doesn't dry- still didnt feel dry 12 hours later. Dents whenever you touch anything with your nail- even hours later.
