Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. Time to wake up? Simply peel the patch off and discard.

What is the difference between the Dream patch, and the Nite Nite patch ? Which would be stronger for needing to stay asleep all night.

We are all unique and some of us may require a higher amount of melatonin, while others may need less. If you find you need more melatonin, the Dream Patch is perfect for you! The Nite Nite patch has a lower dose of melatonin (3mg) plus the added benefit of 15mg of premium hemp extract.
