I've always been a Redken fan, and this Naked Oil has definitely earned a spot in my routine! It's super lightweight, not greasy at all, and a little goes a long way. I've been using it for a few weeks now and love how versatile it is. It gives my curls the perfect amount of hydration and shine when I let them air dry, and I've also used it with a leave-in before styling with my Airstraight - both before and after. I really loved that it adds moisture, enhances shine, and offers heat protection all in one. I travel a lot, so I've been on the lookout for an all-in-one product like this and I'm so happy I found it! I received this product for free to try, but I would definitely purchase it when I'm done with it!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. For context, I have long, thick hair. I tried this product on damp hair first. It smells good, application is easy, but it made my hair feel like straw. It was nappy and hard to comb/manage even after it dried. I tried several times and had the same results. However, when applying to dry hair, i had much better results! It left my hair soft and shiny with no oily look or residue, kept frizz away, and my hair looked beautiful! Just start small and add more in tiny increments if needed!

First off I live in Florida, so frizz in your hair just happens no matter what you do. But this oil has my hair so under control it's not funny. It gives it shine. It makes it look healthy. It's beautiful. I'm in shock at how it transformed this Florida hair!

I have medium length, straight dark hair which can become wavy and unruly when humidity comes into play (which has been brutal so far this summer). I had an opportunity to swap out my tried and true hair oil for the Redkin Naked Gloss Lightweight Shine Oil. I gotta be honest, whether I applied the oil to my damp hair or dry hair, used a blow dryer or straightener, or only used a brush, each variation consistently resulted in silky smooth shiny hair! Albeit, using heat gives markedly better results. Still, I am impressed how well it worked on damp or dry hair alone. I am overdue for a trim by a couple weeks and it even helped make my dry ends look healthier! I am impressed by how great my hair looked and will be making the Redkin NGLSO as my new tried and true hair oil.

I had an event coming up and this was the perfect time to try this product out. This product is great. It truly is lightweight and smells excellent. I have thick hair and use a little more than a pea size amount and it worked wonders. The shine on my hair was excellent. Overall it held up for six hours. The downside I didn't like how it began to frizz and look dry after six hours. I would give this product another try and add more product to see if it will last all day.
