Why Did I Wait So Long?
Can't believe I waited so long to try a Chanel No 5 scent! I'm a little addicted to the Eau Premiere EDP. I reapply every 4-6 hours, because I WANT to! Comforting, feminine, clean. If you are completely underwhelmed by today's obsession with sweet, vanilla, fruity and candy/cake scents try a classic like this. I find it classy and sophisticated, not "old lady" or "not modern". Not a trend-follower, never will be. I will wear No 5 for ever.
new formula?
i smelled this back in dec 2023 and it smelled like floral and cleaniness. i took a pic of it in the ulta and decided to purchase it a few months later and i made sure i bought the same exact bottle as in the photo i took. upon arrival to my home i opened it and sprayed it. straight baby powder smell!! it wasnt giving flowers and clean girl vibes like the one i smelled in dec 2023! idk what changed in the 3 months but i had to return it because it was a straight 6/10 scent and to pay that much for a baby powdery perfume.

GORGEOUS, SOFT AND FEMININE
Away from the office, I wear Coco Mademoiselle and its flankers most of the time and occasionally Gabrielle. No.5 never "wowed" me, yet I do not dislike it. This flanker of No.5, "Eau Premiere EDP," is less intrusive for office wear and leaves a subtle floral powdery scent that is light, pleasant and totally feminine. It is unlikely to waft around the boardroom table and be distracting or offensive. It is appropriate in any season.
