This would be a 10/10 if it weren't for the formula issues.
The colors on this palette are beautiful. Almost every color has amazing pigment. A few of the colors don't have the best pigment ("instinct" & "edgy"), but I found that they work really well as adding that touch amount of color when I'm wanting that specific shade on my eye. I really love this palette, but unfortunately
I ordered this blush set, the coordinating lipstick and palette and they arrived in a bubble bag. When i opened the bag, the black eyeshadow was everywhere because both the eyeshadow palette and this blush were removed from the outer boxes that ND ship them in. The blush was also broken on the highlighter side. I spoke to customer service via chat and they are sending replacements. I pleaded that they send them in the brown outside boxes they are packed in, and mailed in an ulta box, not a bubble bag. We will see. I want these so badly. They are gorgeous in person.
