When should MS lotion be used with serums, before or after?

We recommend using Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Lotion after your Step 1 Cleanse, and Step 2 Exfoliator by pressing Clinique Moisture Surge Hydrating Lotion into skin or apply with a clean cotton ball or pad.
