I love this product so much, I have hair down to my butt, so I used a lot of conditioner! I got this through a boxy charm a couple years ago and fell in love with this product. Leaves my hair so soft and so soft! I use shampoo and no more conditioner . I run about quarter sized amount of mistress in my hands rub together and put in my wet hair. No frizzing, just soft beautiful hair. This is all I use now in place of conditioner and little bit goes a long ways. This is so worth the money!
