Using our Miracle Gel Top Coat wont hurt your manicure with one of our other shades, but for optimal performance and guaranteed results we do suggest pairing this with one of our Miracle Gel colors. The Color (step 1) and Top Coat (step 2) work together as a system to create a durable manicure with high gloss shine. Formula ingredients are key. The advanced Color and Top Coat formulas both contain an oligomer; the Top Coat also includes a photoinitiator. The photoinitiator activates a bond between the Color and Top Coat, thus curing the formula in natural light without the need of an LED/UV lamp. The formula continues to cure over time, increasing the durability of the manicure. We hope this helps! I got the rare red pearl miracle gel pearl polish. I put first layer on and waited 30 minutes and did the second layer the same. Step 2 i did 2 coats as well. I am 8 days later and no chips! A little worn on ends of nails but still looks really good!
