HOPE IN A JAR barrier restore cream is absolutely a miracle worker. It has a mild scent, thick cream texture that glides over the face very smoothly with fast absorption. After 30 days of use I have no scaly dry spots without over moisturizing the rest of my face. I highly recommend HOPE IN A JAR and it is now my go to face cream.

I have pretty average skin, but during the summer and the winter, I tend to see a lot of dry patches, flaking and breakouts due to seasonal and climate change changes. When that happens, I look for a cream that specifically improves the skin barrier when it's at its weakest. When that happens, I reach for Philosophy's Hope in a Jar. At the first application, you can already see a difference in your skin texture with it feeling smoother and more moisturized overall. With consistent use, I see an improvement in my skin barrier in about a week or so. If you're looking for a cream that does the job, this is a fantastic mid-price point jar that everyone should have in their arsenal. You won't be disappointed!

I found my new favorite face product!! This cream is very thick consistency but does not go on thick on the face. A little goes a long way and it makes my face feel very hydrated. It has a light clean pleasant scent. And it has great ingredients such as cica, ceramide booster. It's great if you have dry skin as well.

This cream is a nice thick consistancy that feels luxurious on the skin. It absorbs quickly and provides immediate hydration. I apply it under my makeup and it goes on so flawless and looks nice all day. It does not have any scent at all which is nice if you are sensitive to scents. I am excited to see how my skin does with longer use.
