It can take time
I have hyperpigmentation/ sun spots. Some spots are old and some are newer, but I have quite a few. It's not possible for me to lightening all of them at the same time, as you only get 8 patches. I am concentrating on the hardest ones to cover and I tell you, consistency is key. You can't use it every night, but twice a week. I put them on at night and sleep with them, which is about 7 hours of wear. I am treating 3 spots, one of which didn't get a 3rd patch. I see some improvement, especially the two I treated 3 times. I'm out and need to swing by Ulta to pick up more. Hopefully these spots disappear!

I was struggling with a stubborn dark spot i had from picking my acne and after the second use of the patch, the whole dark spot literally rubbed off with no damage to the skin underneath. It literally rubbed off my face…10/10 get it!!
