Worked for me!

I watched YouTube videos but could not wave my hair with a flat iron. I bought irons with different shapes, but they were irons - and I had to wear a heat glove to hold my hair to the iron. This Beachwaver one worked! it has a flipper to hold my hair and was easy to use. Some tips: 1. Make sur...

Not impressed

Not overly impressed. I set iron to about 400 to start, used iron and yes it shows waves but more of a crimped style wave. Was expecting more a blown out beach wave, so set at a higher setting and got same results. If a crimped 80's look is what you're trying to achieve this is the styling product f...

I would not recommend. I have curly hair and this did not make the perfect beach waves or crimped styled hair at all. I will be returning it.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

My new favorite

I love to braid my hair and get defined waves, so I bought this iron to see it I could make my process easier. And this is my new favorite go to! It is about the easiest thing I have ever used in my life. You literally just open and close it and you get great defined curls. The curls are not like beachy, just an FYI, but the curl definition is great and the final look is really very trendy and the waves hold for days, so I can tell this iron is really well made.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Waver worth the investment

I purchased to see how a three barrel waver would work on my shoulder length hair. I have straight, fine hair, but a lot of. It creates a different looking wave than winding around a wand, and it also gives my hair the volume that I am looking for. I'm so glad I purchased and would definitely recommend.

Describe Yourself Hair junkie, with little time for complex stylin

I watched YouTube videos but could not wave my hair with a flat iron. I bought irons with different shapes, but they were irons - and I had to wear a heat glove to hold my hair to the iron. This Beachwaver one worked! it has a flipper to hold my hair and was easy to use. Some tips: 1. Make sure that you release the flipper, then move the iron down the section of hair towards the ends. If you pull the iron down the section of hair to the ends, you'll get the 80's crimped hair look instead of nice waves. 2. When styling the back of your head, it's easy to accidentally touch your hand with the iron. For newbies like me, wear a heat glove on your free hand until you're used to the iron. 3. I also applied a "heat cream" product before styling. It protected my hair, minimized frizz and my hair is soft & shiny, I can't wait to show my stylist what I was able to do on my own!!!

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
