Apply to clean, dry skin and gently press for five to 10 seconds.

These are actually really neat. The little dissolving micro-needles are such a cool and effective way to approach wrinkle treatment. It really delivers the ingredients deep into the skin and you can feel them. I wish there were different shapes though because when I put one between my eyes it leaves a funny mark. I like the comfort of these patches. They have a nice and gentle adhesive, but stay on all night. They work really well in smoothing out wrinkles. I have smile lines when my face is at rest that are starting to deepen. When I take the patches off in the morning, the wrinkles are almost gone when my face is at rest and barely noticeable when I smile.
