ULTA Beauty Collection Micro Felt Tip Liquid Liner

I habe tried several versions of micro tip liners and each time I find myself reaching for this specific one. I am very picky when it comes to my liners due to having slightly hooded/downturned eyes. My outer corners are tricky and need a tiny tip so regular tipped liners do not work for me. Yes, this will smudge with watery eyes but I just go over it with a waterproof potted gel liner. I know what you are thinking, "why doesn't she just use the potted gel liner instead of the micro tip liner?" Well, my friends, I am here to tell you that nothing gets as sharp as micro tips and on top of that I do not mind taking the extra step to make sure my liner is everything-proof. With everything said and done, I do recommend this because it is on the cheaper end and does get the job done. I have repurchased this several times and will continue to do so until something better comes along.

I love this eyeliner for my inner corner, its become my go to! If you set it in place, it lasts all day! But on a bad allergy day I do have to touch it up. But it doesnt run which is great. The cap does pop off for some odd reason, so you have to constantly be making sure its closed all the way. But I will continue to repurchase!

I've bought this eyeliner several times and for some reason the lids just "pop off".... I know this sounds crazy but everytime I purchase one the lid won't Stay closed and it dries out. I will be looking for a new eyeliner. I can usually make them last 2 months and I've had to buy 3 in the past month due to this issue.

Long lasting and doesn't smudge!

This is the worst eyeliner I've ever used. It smudges like crazy. The worst thing an eyeliner pen could do is smudging, unfortunately this one will not stop smudging and gave me horrible panda eyes. I threw it away immediately after one use. Worst thing is that I used it to go to Disneyland and every 5 minutes I had to wipe my panda eyes because of its smudging.
