Step 1: Start in one area of the face or scalp, gently rolling 4-5 times horizontally, vertically & diagonally.
Step 2: Continue to the next untreated area, repeating Step 1 until you've treated the entire desired area of the face or scalp.
Step 3: Take your time! Avoid the under-eye area and be mindful that you're not applying too much pressure, as this can have an adverse effect on your skin.

No great for scalp - you barely feel it. You're supposed to feel the needles so your follicles are stimulated. This feel like a soft toothbrush on your hair.
