Step 1: Start in one area of the face or scalp, gently rolling 4-5 times horizontally, vertically & diagonally.
Step 2: Continue to the next untreated area, repeating Step 1 until you've treated the entire desired area of the face or scalp.
Step 3: Take your time! Avoid the under-eye area and be mindful that you're not applying too much pressure, as this can have an adverse effect on your skin.

Good for face not for scalp
No great for scalp - you barely feel it. You're supposed to feel the needles so your follicles are stimulated. This feel like a soft toothbrush on your hair. Also, it does not come with replacement head options. Instead go for an item with also sells replacement rollers - most cost effective in the ...

I was skeptical when I purchased this but WOW! I saw a difference in my under chin area after TWO uses! That jowl started to disappear. I use it for about two minutes when I wake up and another two minutes before going to bed. Everything looks lifted and firmer. I'm buying spares so I'm never without this tool again!!

I haven't gotten to use the rollers much. Plan on adding them to a daily nighttime routine. I do love the cooling sensation from the ice roller. I also like that they come with a cute little bag that makes it easier for me to store and keep together.
