Pour onto cotton pad until fully saturated. Gently wipe pad across face to cleanse and remove face makeup. To remove eye makeup, hold pad over closed eyelids for a few seconds, then gently wipe away. I used this for about two weeks and now the skin under my eyes and on my eyelids are burnt and my eyes are puffy. Nothing has made it go away and the skin is dry, red and raw. I am so upset because I have no idea how to fix my once beautiful eyes. This is clearly NOT suitable for the eye area!
Rash/bumps
Good at removing makeupe but after using it for a few days my face began to burn when using it. I have a bunch of bumps on my face and redness. Beware if you have sensitive skin or eczema :)
For years the garnier micellar waters have been my go to!

Garnier Cleansing Peeling Water is awesome. I love the cleansing with makeup remover all in one. It has definitely become one of my favorites when it comes to my skincare routine. It doesn't burn my eyes when removing makeup and is gentle on my skin.

This cleanser felt great on my skin and left it soft and glowing. It was gentle and did not irritate it. It was good at removing all of my make-up without having to rub it. I will be using it regularly from now on. I highly recommend it.
