Not good if moving around a lot
I was able to get this to work after a long couple of tries except while at work it would eventually slip it self undone cause of me moving my head and bending over and such. I think it would be fine if you work a desk job or just need a quick up do for a moment but it did not do what I needed.

I create a messy bun (I don't really know how to do anything besides hold, twist, and tie with a hair tie). I stick the Kitsch pin in. it holds my hair better than just a tie but it also makes look GREAT. I get so many compliments!! .

I am surprised! I have very fine, long, silky textured hair. It is difficult to get anything to stay in and hold my hair. I was afraid a French Hair Pin would slip out, but it doesn't! It holds beautifully, without feeling heavy or pulling. Easy, elegant hair styles are now a daily luxury. I love Kitsch!
