chrome crazy
I love anything shifting but my main problem is, they are usually very expensive compared to regular makeup. I'm happy to find this pencil as I order Shifting Chamillion which is super pretty. I tried to buy it again but it's sold out on this and on Jcat's website. Hopefully, they bring it back soo...

Patchy and Not Pigmented
I bought two colors of this eyeliner because I really wanted to like it, but it just takes too much effort to make it work to be worth it. No....
Crumbly, chalky, no pigment. I am very fair skinned and the bronze didn't show up on my eyelids.
J. Cat Beauty Metal Chromatic Shock in Sapphire Wisdom
Love it, so afraid of running out of it I buy 10 at a time.
Not impactful, doesn't look like product image
I was going to give this a higher rating for the price, but then I realized it's actually pretty expensive for what it does. Born to Radiate doesn't look like the product swatch at all. It's very light and doesn't show up well, or last very long before disappearing.
Patchy and Not Pigmented
I bought two colors of this eyeliner because I really wanted to like it, but it just takes too much effort to make it work to be worth it. The color Zultanite Secrets was not bronze at all (more a black/brown), barely showed up on my eyelid, and was not very shifty at all. I do not think Zultanite Secrets would look good on anyone no matter how you applied it. The color Shifting Cha-Million was pigmented (although the color was more of a greyish navy blue with a purple shift) but it applied patchy making it not very usable as an eyeliner. I might try to use Shifting Cha-Million as an eyeshadow and see if that works better, but it definitely does not work as advertised.
Disappointment.
Dont buy.
