a great alternative to tampons
I tried the diva cup years ago and found it very uncomfortable to insert and remove. I've mostly used tampons, but I hate that the string can get gross over time. The disc is relatively easy to insert and remove, is less high maintenance than tampons and lowers environmental waste and the repeated need to purchase period products. It takes a little trial and error, and sometimes you might still want to wear a panty liner until you're good at consistently inserting it well, but these negatives are outweighed by the positives imo.
