Since receiving this product, I've tried it a few times with consistent results; not consistently great, or consistently terrible, but just okay. Whether I've used just a few sprays or over 10 sprays at a time, I don't see much added longevity to my makeup. I'm not wearing my makeup for 18+ hours s...o a huge difference isn't very noticeable with me, but very well could be for others who have their makeup on for most of the day. However, the difference I did notice with the amount of sprays used is how the product settles on my face. Many sprays, though it messes up my hair, more evenly disperses and settles in a misty way, whereas few sprays make less of a mess but fall in varying sizes of drops that I have to pat out with my makeup sponge. One downside to this product for me is the way it comes out of the bottle. It's not a very fine and gentle mist, nor is it a continuous spray–both of which I prefer in a setting spray. It comes out kind of abruptly and harsh, which could be why I find it lands in little drops that would probably leave an uneven appearance if not patted out afterwards. I will say that the setting spray didn't make my makeup transfer-proof in my mask–but did seem to help with the amount that does transfer. Also, I don't know how effective or accurate the claim of 'defending skin against blue light damage' is, but if it actually works and is beneficial, then that's a plus. The highlighted ingredients seem great and vegan and cruelty-free is a must for me. The formula does feel lightweight and doesn't get sticky or make my skin feel tight when it dries. For all of these reasons, as well as taking the price into account, I probably wouldn't purchase it myself or recommend to others if they have similar preferences to me. I believe a cheaper option can be found with more satisfactory results. But if the price is not something that sways your decision, you could always try it out if looking for a setting spray that feels like nothing when dry, and while isn't transfer-proof, still keeps your makeup looking good for at least a few more hours.
