Is it actually MATTE?

As a gal that uses Mineral SPFs, my first couple of uses had a couple learning curves. Just a pea sized amount goes along way. Use any more than that it feels too slippy. Unfortunately, I feel like it never sets or melts into the skin. However, I have pretty normal/combo skin but for a chemical SPF ...

Not for sensitive or oily skin

Let's start with the positives. As a Black woman I like that this sunscreen doesn't leave a white overcast on my skin. The gel formula is also thick and creates a smooth surface for makeup. I wanted to love this product but just threw it away due to breakouts! I typically have clear skin and since ...

I brought after searching for a sunscreen for my oily/combination skin. This makes me extremely oily and shiny. I dont use a lot and this still happens. It was suggested for me to use because it is supposed to mattify but that definitely didnt happen for me

Eyelids Burn & disappointed

Submitted 6 months ago

By GalaxygurlLov3r

While putting on my face it was a little difficult to smear on face because of the "silcone" but once I put the product on my eyelids the burn increasingly became worse. It took about 5-10 mins of washing out my eye area to remove the burn. NOT WORTH the $$

Love this for its dual benefits

This has been my favorite facial sunscreen primarily because: (1) I love that it mattifies my face because I can get a little shiny. It is especially wonderful before makeup application. (2) I love that there is NO white cast. (3) Wearing it regularly has helped my face blemishes fade away. I learned how much sunscreen helps in that process. And how not wearing it can make the marks darker or last longer. I find that the tube goes a long way. Sometimes, it has separated a bit but I just try to squish it to mix it when that happens. More pros than cons for sure. I love BGS!
