Apply lip gloss using the doe-foot applicator.
For fuller-looking lips, concentrate Lipglass Lip Gloss in the center of lips.
Apply on top of lipstick to add a high-shine effect with intense color.

Perfect topper gloss for any silky matte lipsticks. The gloss does not stick my hair. Just like the name applies, it works great as a see through gloss over any color lipstick of your choosing. Personally, I prefer this type of gloss over a highly pigmented one sometimes.
