NOT Sealed!!!!
I bought this as a gift for my 6 year old niece and have to return it!! The lip gloss does not come Sealed! Never use lip gloss that is not sealed. I wonder how many people touched the gloss I bought without even washing their hands. I am so grossed out! I cannot believe Ulta thinks this is okay for people to buy. NOT cool Ulta!!!!
