DOESNT WORK ON MATURE SKIN
I was excited to try this product as it had such great reviews. It did come very quickly (thank you, Ulta), but the product itself is not as advertised. It's very thick, hard to spread with a brush or your fingertips. No change to my under-eyes at all. So disappointed ☹️
