I love this product! I have dry skin and have been struggling to find a medium coverage foundation that lasted all day long. I am really fair so I did have to use foundation mixer but it lasted 14 hours with minimal rub off. I normally have to reapply but this foundation stays on, even on really hot and humid days. Because I have dry skin I use the Too Faced Hangover spray to prime, set, and refresh my face and it works better than my other primers. I highly recommend this to people with dry skin
I cannot make this foundation work for me. When I first put it on it is so beautiful, but within half of my work day I am a mess. It breaks apart on my nose, and emphasizes ALL the textures I didn't even know I had. Even with a setting powder I have creasing on my forehead, the sides of my nose, and my chin looks like a desert. I've tried primer, I've tried no primer. I've tried setting the whole face, I've tried setting only certain areas of my face. I always use a setting spray. I am going to try to mix it with a more matte foundation and see where that gets me, but otherwise I would never give this foundation another shot.

Im a makeup snob im tired of spending my pay check on high end makeup and end up hating it.This looks and feels good on my skin. Very pretty wish it could be in more stores not just online.

Really wanted to like this foundation but it was SO greasy and the color I got (tawny) was too yellow, try something else honestly

This foundation is not cakey and is true to the color description. It is long lasting and doesn't settle into my lines.

Ordered this foundation happing for a nice dewy look. While wearing the foundation I noticed the foundation moving and there were spots, specifically around my forehead, that the foundation was completely gone. I have acne prone skin but after using this product once I broke out worse than I ever have. I think there are better drug store options for a lower price.

I have combo skin. I have searched for the perfect foundation for years, and I found it with Flower Beauty. This is such a beautiful foundation with a perfect color match. Smooth enough to last all day without drying out my skin, and beautiful application. I'm obsessed and telling everyone.

It's really, really glowy. The formula itself is just too hydrating and doesn't set down enough, even with powder, for my normal to oily skin. Just not for me, I can see it being a holy grail for dry skin. Some positives are that it didn't crease and the color match was spot on.

I just received my foundation in the mail today, and it expired almost a year ago!!! I didn't feel comfortable putting it on my face, so I tried it on my hand. It is very greasy and took 3 times to wash it off. I called Ulta's customer service number and they're sending me a different one. I just hope the "new" one isn't expired. I don't know if I'll like this product or not, until I can try it on my face. I'm very skeptical now, since it has a very greasy texture to it. I am very disappointed since it took forever to receive it.

I have some very specific needs for my complexion products. Being a 48 yr old Transgender woman doing hair and makeup full time in salon, I really don't want to have cake face or look greasy. I want to look my best ALWAYS. . I have some texture around where I had laser hair removal, scarring from teenage me picking and large pores. Oh and can't forget the lovely hyperpigmentation on top lip that absolutely looks like a mustache if not covered. As awful as that all sounds, since I'd figured out what really works for me I actually get compliments on my skin. One of the main ingredients in my complexion regimen is the Light Illusions Foundation in Caramel M-8. I definitely wouldn't think this would be a good choice for oily skin because it is EXTREMELY dewy. I personally like this, as I've aged and I've started noticing fine lines amd my laugh lines are deeper that the too matte powder look does me no Favors. In fact it can look down right gross. It took me some finagling with application to get it just right, but what foundation isn't this way?. I'd say this is a "Full Medium coverage or "Low" full coverage (I hope that makes sense) My preferred application is to dot on my face and push not swipe with a flat top kabuki brush. I get the fullest coverage this way. Because of the amount of literal wetness that is on my face at this point I go in with very slightly damp beauty blender and push this into my skin. Finally I use a dry beauty blender and I roll it over my entire face and this seems to knock it into a semi matte finish. It's easy I just place the blender on its side and put the palm of my hand on it and light roll over top of dewy areas. This foundation is plumping and gives me an airbrushed finish. I don't use primer either. I find most products especially foundations are made these days to do the things we used to need primers for. A tiny bit of powder on my cheeks just so I can blend blush, bronzer and highlight and I'm good to go. I hope this Helps;)

I first bought this in porcelain and it was a bit dark so I got shell as well, and mixed them and got my perfect match. It is kind of a dewy finish on me and some days I leave it alone and some I pay down with powder. It doesn't settle into my fine lines, and I have a few as I am 51!

My favorite. My dry skin loves this. Lasts so long on my skin. It's NOT for everyone. But for me, it's perfect

Like most makeup lines they need more shade ranges but I love this foundation it's got no smell it looks so natural very dewy blends in beautifully if you find a perfect shade I had tawny but now w summer it's too light they need more yellow tones foundations! Really good product!

This foundation goes on so easily, stays in place well and makes my mid-30s skin look radiant. It definitely needs setting powder to tone down the glow to keep from looking sweaty, but I am really liking this foundation!

I have loved so many Flower beauty products I was hoping this would work as well as others but this foundation isn't it. It emphasized every little pore and bump on my face. The coverage was ok, just a little patchy for me, but that might have been my grippy primer. Surprisingly, the color match was spot on despite there being so few shades. As it wore, it settled into lines and made my skin look dry though I have oily skin that I have managed to get under control. It also wore off in patches making it look even more splotchy. The packaging is beautiful though. I will try mixing it with other foundations to get it used but I won't repurchase.

I contacted Flower Beauty about the expiration date issue I've been seeing. The date on the bottom of the bottle is in regards to the SPF, the foundation has a three year shelf life, so you're likely in the clear if you received one with recently expired SPF. You should be wearing your own under this anyway since 15 SPF just isn't enough. The foundation itself is fine and should wear as normal. Hope this info helps you guys!

I had trouble applying this over spf and just putting it over moisturizer makes it look like I have bad dry patches even though I have oily skin? Over the flower beauty primer, it does look more smooth. But I don't really want to be wearing primer over sunscreen and end up with 5 layers on my face with powder and all. But I do like how it looks if you can get it to apply correctly. Also I have very sensitive skin and although this was a little drying it didn't irritate me. Will try it again on summer nights when the air is humid and I'm less likely to dry out.

I wanted to like this foundation as much as the reviews on vlogs. However, I was sent an expired foundation. I saw that this was an issue for several people. I don't think this is acceptable. I tried the foundation anyway. I found it to be very greasy on my skin and it was very shiny. I have combination skin, and its not very oily unless I have products on it which make it that way. I had it on for about 45 mins and had to wash it off. I will be returning.

This foundation is amazing I don't even have to set it. I run a little yellow so this worked perfect for me. It lasted all day and allowed my skin to breath but look great as well

Um.. i just got this in the mail & it's expired. I tried it out without knowing (looked horrendous!) & then looked at the bottom of the bottle.. it expired in December of 2019!! That is disgusting & probably super unsanitary. Very unprofessional of Flower Beauty. Ick.

I really like this foundation! I use it quite often— switching back and forth between this and the Kokie Full Cover Foundation. It has nice coverage and looks very healthy on this skin! I really do wish they had a better color selection because it is currently not inclusive at all.

This foundation is my holy grail! I usually have trouble shade matching, I'm neutral undertones with the slightest hint of yellow. The foundation is super pretty and blends beautifully. For the price point you really can't beat it.

I just got my foundation and checked the expiration date and it says it expired on Jan 2020. I don't understand how they don't check liquid products before sending them out or why they are keeping them for so long after expiration? Apart from that, the shade range is abysmal in this brand and the foundation itself was pretty but I don't feel comfortable wearing it. Ulta shouldn't be sending out expired products. I have to ship out the foundation which is creating unnecessary waste for something they're going to garbage which I was going to do myself anyways. Really not happy with Ulta

I love the foundation..absolutely beautiful product. No complaints there, however I just realized today that both expired in 2020. One expired Feb. of 2020, the other Sept. 2020. I already gave this product an excellent review earlier, but just noticed the expiration on the bottle today. As far as product.. I love it, but gave 3 stars since both say expired.
I love this foundation. It has a beautiful finish. It is one of my top faves. I will be purchasing again. It comes in beautiful packaging with a pump, which I love.
