Zero serum qualities; VERY thick & dries super fast. That said, it didn't crease badly at all, & it def has fulllll coverage. I've been really impressed with the Maybelline concealer! The formula feels super lightweight and smooth, almost like skincare, but still gives really nice full coverage. It blends easily into the skin and doesn't make my under-eye area look dry or cakey. The finish is very natural and skin-like, not too matte.
